2. Custom Order rings — when our concierge helps you build a new ring from your own design or idea. Custom-designed pieces never go on sale, but you can still customize the materials on any of our existing designs and the 15MD code will apply.

Yes. Picking the band metal (gold, silver, zirconium, damascus) and the inlay materials (turquoise, opal, larimar, antler, meteorite, etc.) on an existing design is included in the sale. That's different from a fully custom-designed ring, which isn't eligible.

Our typical turnaround is about 6 weeks. Here's exactly what happens after you order:

2. Place your order.
3. Our support concierge reaches out to confirm sizing and material choices.
4. You stay updated as your ring is hand-forged.
5. You receive the piece.
