Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

RETURN/RESIZE POLICY

All our rings are handmade and customized to create the perfect product for our customers, and we therefore cannot accept returns or cash refunds. However, we understand that sometimes the product may come not as you expected or might not fit just right.

Because of the natural products we use to make your rings, they can not be resized after they are made. If you did not order the correct size you can return the ring for an in-store credit minus 25% restocking fee. You must contact us within 10 days of receiving your ring to qualify for these remake discount. If you purchased a warranty, the restocking fee will be reduced to 10% and you can have the ring resized a maximum of 2 times at any time. Please refer to the sizing guide to make sure you are ordering the correct size.

Here are the time frames/policies for returns, resizes, and repairs:

RETURN WITHIN 10 DAYS OF RECEIVING RING (NEW RING OR RESIZE)

  1. Original Ring must be sent back
    1. Customer pays for shipping both ways
  2. You will receive an in-store credit minus 25% restocking fee (ONE TIME ONLY).
    1. This means that the same ring order can’t be returned and repurchased multiple times; just once.
  3. ***Engravings are included in the original ring price***
  4. ***Rush fees must be re-purchased even if they paid for one in the original order.***

RETURN AFTER 10 DAYS OF RECEIVING RING (NEW RING OR RESIZE)

  1. You keep the original ring.
  2. You are eligible to receive a 25% discount on a new ring.
  3. ***Engravings are included in the original ring price***
  4. ***Rush fees must be re-purchased even if they paid for one in the original order.***

RETURN FOR RESIZE WITH WARRANTY (NO TIME FRAME)

  1. Ring must be returned in perfect condition. Any alterations/damage will void the resize with a warranty.
    1. Customer pays for shipping both ways
  2. The restocking fee will be reduced to 10% for resizings (i.e. you get 90% credit for a newly sized ring).  
    1. This can be done a maximum of 2 times for the same ring.
    2. A new ring style can’t be purchased. It must be the exact same design in a different size.

RETURN AFTER 10 DAYS OF RECEIVING RING (REPAIR)

  1. Original Ring must be sent back
    1. Customer pays for shipping both ways
  2. We will inspect the ring and let you know what options are available.  If you purchased a warranty, we will take that into consideration with the repair.  If a warranty doesn’t apply we will let you know how much it will cost.
  3. If you decide not to purchase the repair, we can send the ring back to you as is but you will be responsible for shipping charges.
  4. Most times, repairs are simple but since these are handcrafted rings, they can take time to fix properly.  Please take care of your ring so you never have to send it to us for a repair

CANCELLATIONS:

Since each ring is made by hand and to order, we only offer cancellations for a full refund if contacted within 24 hours of purchase.  Any cancellations after that will be subject to an in-store credit minus 25% restocking fee for future purchases.  

FACTORY DEFECTS:

We strive for the highest possible quality when it comes to our jewelry/products.  We check our pieces multiple times before they leave our shop to ensure they are void of any sort of defect.  We also understand that we are only human and errors can occur.  If for whatever reason you feel your product was sent to you with some sort of defect, contact us within 3 months of receiving your product and if the error was on our end we will promptly fix it free of charge.  If contacted after that time we will not be liable for any errors and any repair fee or alteration cost will be covered by you.

CHARGEBACKS:

If a chargeback is filed through your banking institution, any progress on your order will be put on hold until the chargeback has processed.  We please ask that you reach out to our support team with any issues with your order before filing a chargeback since this can seriously delay the lead time on shipping out your product.
